Stay safe! If it is safe to do so we suggest you remove items out of the water to prevent further damages, create a path for Property MD to walk through, and remove any valuables or items that you need immediately. We will be on site as soon as possible. Your safety and our immediacy is important to us and your property!

This will depend on the property. Emergency services and drying in many cases may only take a few days, with some harder to dry materials taking longer. We will set up the property to dry as quickly as possible and will monitor progress on a regular basis. It is important to provide Property MD access to your property as required.

It is important to maintain the equipment operation at all times or our drying process will be impacted. Power usage and costs, Property MD will confirm an approximate cost, which may be a lot lower than you think! We will assist with the noise as much as possible, if this remains to be an issue, and your loss is being managed through insurance, we suggest you discuss this with your insurer to see if alternate living arrangements can be made. We will do our best to reduce noise where possible, to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.
